Questions before you order
Everything you need to know before sending in your visor.
How does it work?
Order online. Then ship your visor to us. We engrave it and send it back.
Does engraving affect visibility?
No, your visibility stays clear. Designs are placed outside your direct line of sight. Every visor is checked before it leaves our lab.
What files do you accept?
SVG, PNG or JPG. Black designs work best. If a file needs adjusting for a clean engrave, we'll contact you before production.
How long does it take?
Production takes about 3 to 7 business days after we receive your visor. Shipping time comes on top and depends on the carrier.
Where do you ship, and who pays for shipping?
We return your engraved visor to the address you enter at checkout, with tracked return shipping included. You cover the cost of shipping your visor to us; instructions follow after your order.
Do you include a visor?
No. You send in your own visor and we customize it. This avoids any size or model mismatch.
Is checkout secure? What payment methods do you accept?
You pay on Shopify's hosted checkout, with cards, Apple Pay and any other methods our store enables. We never process your card details on this site.
Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
Once production has started, we can't offer a refund since every order is made to your design. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll fix it or offer a partial refund.
What if my design isn’t perfect?
We check every design before engraving. If needed, we adjust it or contact you.
