VYZR – TERMS, PRIVACY, SHIPPING & POLICIES

1. General terms

1.1 Scope

These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between VYZR (“we”) and you regarding the engraving of motorcycle helmet visors (“services”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1.2 Service

VYZR provides a custom service: you send your own visor. We engrave according to your artwork and return the visor to you.

1.3 Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• supplying correct files
• the quality and resolution of the design
• having the right to use the design

VYZR is not liable for poor results caused by unsuitable files.

1.4 Result & preview

The on-site preview is indicative. The final result may differ due to material, lighting, and technical limits.

1.5 Shipping & risk

• Shipment to VYZR: risk is with the customer
• Return shipment: risk passes to the carrier once dispatched

1.6 Liability

VYZR is only liable for direct damage due to demonstrable errors. Maximum liability is limited to the order amount.

We are not liable for:

• indirect damage
• use of the visor
• visibility or safety

1.7 Use & safety

You remain responsible for safe use of the visor.

1.8 Right of withdrawal

Custom-made products are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

1.9 Intellectual property

You warrant that the design does not infringe third-party rights.

1.10 Force majeure

VYZR is not liable in cases of force majeure.

1.11 Applicable law

Dutch law applies.

2. Privacy policy (GDPR)

2.1 Data we collect

• Name, address, email
• Order data
• Uploads / designs
• IP address and cookies

2.2 Purposes

• Processing orders
• Customer support
• Improving the website
• Marketing (where permitted)

2.3 Sharing data

We may share data with:

• payment providers

You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data where applicable.

3. Shipping policy

3.1 Process

• Order online
• Receive instructions
• Send your visor in
• We engrave and ship it back

3.2 Shipping costs

• Outbound to VYZR: paid by the customer
• Return: included or as stated in pricing

3.3 Lead times

• Production: 3–7 business days
• Transit depends on the carrier

4. Returns & refunds

• No returns after production has started or completed
• If VYZR is at fault: rework or (partial) refund
